All plans renewing February 1, 2017 and after will have claims handled by Generali Global Health (GGH). All new Member Kits from this date will have relevant IG-Generali Claims forms, instructions and Membership Cards provided and will utilise the IG-Generali Direct Billing Network.
For existing plans that have not been renewed since February 1st 2017: claims, pre-authorisations, and MediLink direct billing network will continue to be handled by LAMP, until renewal. The Member Kits for these plans are included in the LAMP forms and Membership Cards.
On a separate note, last week we sent you our IG-GGH Member Portal guide. We hope you find the member portal an exciting new tool for our members. Please note that the Member Portal only applies to Hong Kong plans that have renewed on or after February 1, 2017.
