For our Hong Kong members who have not renewed their policy this year up to 31 January 2017, we are implementing a pay and claim policy for the Matilda International Hospital only.
These members will need to pay and claim at this hospital until the renewal of their policy. Once they have renewed their policy, direct billing will be immediately reinstated at Matilda International Hospital.
